- Annual payment option can be selected in the 2nd page (billing information page) of the order form. - Subscription can be upgraded / downgraded / cancelled anytime without any obligation. - Subscriptions for 1 email account will be charged on quarterly / annual basis. There is no monthly payment option. - Modifications to Secure Web-form are free during first one month. Subsequent changes to each field will cost $15.00 (onetime). - Refund for remaining period will be made only for annual subscriptions on cancellation of service. - Minimum number of email accounts should be 4 or more for subscriptions with your domain name. - 30-day refund policy is not applicable for all onetime charges and consumed fax transmission credits. - * These charges are waived in good faith. May be applicable if the account is cancelled during the 1st one year.
