Webmail Login - HIPAA Compliant Email

How can I access my webmail?

You can log into webmail using this procedure:
Open a web browser, e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.
Type the following into the address depending on your email id selection:

*NOTE - If your subscription is with your own domain name, then the webmail url will be communicated to you by email. Typically it will be:
https://your.domain.mdofficemail.com
Enter your username and password. Your username is the same as your email address. However, the domain part including and after the '@' is normally not required, especially if it is already displayed.
"Remember Me" keeps you logged in until you click Logout. Do not use this on public computers.
Click "Log in".

Additional Options
Forgot Password - Provides options to reset a forgotten password.

How to configure MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Apple Mail and other email client applications?

MDOfficeMail account can be configured in most of the Desktop email client applications including MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Apple Mail etc.
Main settings are as follows:

  • Incoming mail server (POP):          mail.mdofficemail.com
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):        mail.mdofficemail.com
  • Check “My outgoing server requires authentication”.
  • In advanced settings, for incoming server (POP) select “This server requires an encrypted connection”(port 995)
  • For outgoing server (SMTP) , enter port 465 and select SSL.
  • IMAP server name: mail.mdofficemail.com SSL Port: 993

What is Account Settings and how does it help me in managing my account?

Account Settings - Allows configuration of all Administrative/ User settings including some not currently available in webmail preferences such as aliases, notify, archiving, etc. For domain accounts, you can access the Domain Admin Interface here to configure domain mailboxes, settings, view reports, etc.

What is Account Admin/ Billing?

Account Admin/ Billing - Click here to pay your bill for both domains as well as individual accounts, configure any additional mailboxes allowed under your plan. For domain accounts, additional mailboxes, storage space, aliases and notify can be configured from here.
