Links or buttons aren't working

If you're having trouble with links and buttons in MDOfficeMail (e.g. the Send button doesn't work, you're unable to open messages when you click on them, your settings won't save, or you can't sign out), there may be a conflict with software on your computer, a browser or cache that needs to be cleared, or a temporary problem on the MDOfficeMail server.

In order to fix this problem it is recommended to check your firewall and security software settings as previously mentioned.
