Read Message

When the end user or recipient receives a secure message in his/her email client it is by default encrypted and need to decrypt to view/read the message. (Applicable for recipient from a different domain or from a private domain.)

In scenarios as such, the recipient should click on the View Encrypted Message link to access the email received. Once you click on the View Encrypted Message, a new browser window opens where it asks you to create your own password for future communication.

Once you have your own password, you must login with the password you used last time to decrypt the message.

Using Secure Reply option you can send a secure reply to the sender which is sent encrypt.

Delete message will automatically deleted a message and you can check this in the Records. You will also receive a message stating that the message has been deleted.
